hi i'm mace, i like to talk about music and random bird videos i find amusing.I'm very passionate about veterinary work and 'alt' sub-cultures– punk, goth, ye olde emo myspace days, hardcore etc. i love talking about these things and stuff like body modification as well.i enjoy meeting others with similar interests, come say hello if you think we may vibe :]
i can seem awkward but am not opposed to idle chit-chat; i'm just reclusive and often keep to myself.
i don't respond to vague messages like "hi" "hello" etc. just be upfront with me.
I'm not nearly as active online as I used to be and over the years have had countless issues with my boundaries being disrespected etc.I commission for myself first and foremost. While I'm glad if others also enjoy my OCs or the pieces I support, I don't necessarily want to bond or befriend others over it.I largely keep to myself nowadays and don't have an interest in fandom activities. I prefer to be more private about my characters.
on my designs:
please don't heavily copy or reference from my characters; I don't appreciate nor see it as a compliment.obviously I cannot and am not claiming to "own" certain traits etc. but it can be disheartening to see characters of mine more evidently being emulated. please try to respect this.i've given people permission before to use artwork of my characters as icons etc. so long as they are not claiming to own or RPing as them. i can always be approached about this.

I block very freely, for my own comfort and personalized experiences.chances are I will not remember why, it's likely not personal but me just wanting to curate my spaces & be left alone. do not block-evade and bother me about this, I don't know and don't care.
